Tania M. Huertas-Pagan, Esq.

Tania Huertas is an Associate at DMR Law. Her main areas of practice are immigration, where she concentrates on extraordinary ability and investor visa proceedings, as well as entertainment and business law matters.

Before joining DMR Law as an Associate, Ms. Huertas completed a Masters in Law (LL.M.) in Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law at the University of Miami, School of Law. While at UM, Ms. Huertas worked at the EASL LL.M. Practicum, where she worked on copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and appellate civil litigation matters.  

She obtained her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, School of Law, where she was a member of the Academic Senate.
