Despite limited prior U.S. experience, we demonstrated that his Smart Disease Management software — already implemented in Colombia and under consideration by U.S. medical institutions — holds substantial merit and national importance. - EB2 NIW (Pilot) – Obtained EB-2 National Interest Waiver for a Colombian A320 pilot and flight instructor with over 12 years of experience in commercial aviation, including progressive promotions within one of Latin America’s largest airlines. Without a U.S. job offer, we demonstrated his eligibility based on an advanced aviation degree, FAA certification, and his proposed endeavor to establish a next-generation pilot training program addressing the U.S. pilot shortage. The petition focused on his technical qualifications, leadership roles, and innovative instructional methodologies designed to streamline pilot readiness in compliance with FAA standards.
