Juan C. Ramos-Rosado, Esq.

Mr. Ramos is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at DMR Law LLC. His practice focuses on civil, entertainment, and criminal defense litigation, as well as immigration for extraordinary ability individuals and investors. In his litigation practice, he represents clients in federal and state courts handling disputes involving contracts, partnerships, fiduciary duties, intellectual property, and tortious interference. He also defends individuals in complex criminal cases, including allegations of money laundering, drug trafficking, and crypto fraud. In the entertainment industry, he regularly represents recording artists, management companies, producers, and influencers on a wide range of contentious disputes.

In addition to his courtroom practice, Mr. Ramos serves as outside General Counsel to small and mid-size businesses, advising on corporate formation, governance, contracts, employment policies, and intellectual property protection. As head of DMR Law’s Immigration Practice, he counsels clients on extraordinary ability and investor visa matters, managing O-1, EB-1, EB-2, P-1, E-2, EB-5, and L-1 petitions for artists, athletes, entrepreneurs, and companies expanding into the U.S.

Lastly, within his role as COO, Mr. Ramos oversees the firm’s internal operations, including staffing, policy development, and strategic initiatives designed to support growth and efficiency. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, he represents a diverse client base throughout the United States and Latin America.
